When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $5, but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email from no-reply@wavebid.com.
Payments are to be completed at pickup. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period, then the credit card, used for authorization purposes at the time of registration, will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
Buyer is responsible for load out of items. We encourage you to bring help for any big items that may need to be moved. There is no guarantee that the auction company will have help to load items out. Items that are not picked up or that do not have alternate arrangements are considered forfeiture items. Alternate Pickup Dates will be subject to a minimum of $20 fee, and $20/ hour fee for each hour after plus mileage. (Alternate Times are not guaranteed and may be subject to handling and moving fees.) Buyer is responsible for payment of invoice, even in the event of forfeiture, and their card will be charged after 6pm on pickup day.
Real Estate winning bidder will need to complete the real estate contract no later than Thursday, November 17, 2022 and will be required to bring the 10% down payment at the signing of the contract.
