When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $5, but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email from no-reply@wavebid.com.
Payments are to be completed at pickup. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period, then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
Buyer is responsible for load out of items. We encourage you to bring help for any big items that may need to be moved. There is no guarantee that the auction company will have help to load items out. Items that are not picked up or that do not have alternate arrangements are considered forfeiture items.
