ONLY WV Residents can bid on pistols and only one pistol can be bought per week. Out of State Residents can bid on long guns. All guns must be picked up within 14 business days with the exception of pistols, if you have bought more than 2 pistols. Please have Gov’t issued ID (and Concealed Carry ID, if applicable) ready to copy with your background check. TITLES are guaranteed by the auction company for 10 days. After the ten-day period, the title becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Money will be released to sellers and the auction company cannot be held liable for ANY title issues after the TEN (10) day period.
