When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $5, but the card will not be charged. All items must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date (Thursday, June 6, 2024, between 12pm and 6pm). Pickup and removal of all items are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. We understand that life happens and sometimes prevents you from picking up your items, however we have had to haul back 2-3 truck/trailer loads of stuff not picked up at several auctions and the cost to dispose items. GUN and TITLE TERMS: We are an FFL dealer, and all guns are subject to a background check. You are still required to pay your invoice, regardless of background check, on pickup day. ONLY WV Residents can bid on pistols and only one pistol can be bought per week. Out of State Residents can bid on long guns. All guns must be picked up within 14 business days with the exception of pistols, if you have bought more than 2 pistols. Please have Gov’t issued ID (and Concealed Carry ID, if applicable) ready to copy with your background check. TITLES are guaranteed by the auction company for 10 days. After the ten-day period, the title becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Money will be released to sellers and the auction company cannot be held liable for ANY title issues after the TEN (10) day period.
