We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Buyer is responsible for payment of invoice. All Items must be picked up within 7 days. Pickup and removal of all items are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any ad. Valid ID required to register/pickup. Live Auction Bidders may make payment by cash, check, or debit/credit due the day of sale. Must have a bank letter of guarantee to accompany the check if unknown to the auction company. All credit card purchases online or in person will be subject to a 4% convenience fee. Large credit card transactions may need to be split up into multiple smaller payments. Maximum amount may be changed by credit card provider at any time. High bidder is responsible for their invoice; in the event of a dispute, Cooper’s Auction Service and Equipment Facts shall have absolute discretion to either settle such dispute.

Additional Online Bidding Terms: Online bidding will take place on equipmentfacts.com. Online bidders will be charged a 5% Buyer’s Premium. Bidders must be approved by Cooper’s Auction Service. To be approved for online bidding, you must email info@coopersauctionservice.com or fax 304-514-5514 a bank letter of guarantee. Please call the office for quick approval process 304-514-2992. Payment by cash, check, credit (4% convenience fee), or wired transfer ($15 fee) due no later than Monday, April 6, 2026.

GUN/AMMO TERMS: We are an FFL dealer, and all guns are subject to a background check. You are still required to pay your invoice, regardless of background check, on pickup day. ONLY WV Residents can bid on pistols and only one pistol can be bought per week. Out of State Residents can bid on long guns. All guns must be picked up on the day of sale with the exception of pistols, if you have bought more than 2 pistols. Please have Gov’t issued ID (and Concealed Carry ID, if applicable) ready to copy with your background check. Rifle/Ammunition may be sold to anyone 18+ years or older and Pistol/Ammunition may be sold to anyone 21+ years old. Guns and Ammunition are not tested by the Auction Company. Please use caution as they may cause significant injury or death with improper use or with use of older guns/ ammunition. We strongly advise that you thoroughly inspect all ammunition/ guns and use at your own risk. Cooper’s Auction Service claims no liability for any injuries or damages resulting from improper or unsafe use.

TITLE TERMS: TITLES are guaranteed by the auction company for 10 days. After the ten-day period, the title becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Money will be released to sellers and the auction company cannot be held liable for ANY title issues after the TEN (10) day period.

LICENSE PLATE TERMS: Removing and Securing the license plate is the sole responsibility of the vehicle’s owner. Cooper’s Auction Service and its staff are not responsible for license plate removal. If you allow a buyer to leave the plate on the vehicle to get home, it is your responsibility to retrieve the license plate, not the auction company.
